Board of Directors

The Board consists of 17-21 volunteers who serve 3 year terms (officers are 2 year terms) and are elected at the annual meeting by the Representative Assembly.  The Board of Directors develops, manages, and maintains Girl Scouting within the terms of the Girl Scout charter.

The meeting minutes posted here reflect only approved minutes.  Minutes cannot be posted for public sharing until they have been approved by the Minutes Review Task Group and signed by the Secretary of the Board of Directors.  Check back often if you don’t see the minutes you are looking for as the review process can take several months.
