Annual Meeting Information

The next annual meeting will be held on Saturday, February 11, 2012 at the CSUS Alumni Center.  Representative Assembly members will receive detailed information about the meeting within 30 days of the meeting.  If you are not a Representative Assembly member and are interested in attending the annual meeting, please email us at governance@girlscoutshcc.org so the organizers can plan for your attendance.

Regional Forum Information

Regional Forums usually occur once a year in October/November.  Currently, no forum dates have been scheduled.  Return to this page often to check for scheduled dates.  If you have any questions, please email us at governance@girlscoutshcc.org.

Training Date

Training for new Representative Assembly members usually occurs once a year in May.  Currently, no training is scheduled.  If you are a new member and missed the May training, please download the Representative Assembly Manual in the Document Section and review the material. If you have any questions about the material, please email us at governance@girlscoutshcc.org.
