Annual Meeting Information
The next annual meeting will be held on Saturday, February 8, 2014 at the CSUS Alumni Center. Representative Assembly members will receive detailed information about the meeting within 30 days of the meeting. If you are not a Representative Assembly member and are interested in attending the annual meeting, please email us at governance@girlscoutshcc.org so the organizers can plan for your attendance.
Regional Forum Information
Regional Forums dates for 2013 are as follows:
Monday, October 28th, 2013 in Sacramento
Saturday, November 2, 2013 in Salida
Logistical information to be provided later. Representative Assembly members will receive detailed information about the meetings within 30 days of the meeting date. If you are not a Representative Assembly member but are interested in attending the forum, please email us at governance@girlscoutshcc.org.
Training Dates
Training for new Representative Assembly members will take place as follows:
- Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at the Program Center in Sacramento
- Saturday, May 11, 2013 at the Girl Scout office in Modesto.
Representative Assembly Members will receive detailed information about these training dates within 30 days of the date of the meeting. If you are a new Representative and are unable to attend the scheduled trainings, please download the Representative Assembly Manual in the Document Section and review the material.
