History Committee Members
Position Descriptions
Docent:
Present tours to girls and adults. Complete training for the position before present first tour.
Qualification: At least 14 years of age. Computer Skills: Basic Skills, EBay, Data Entry
Uniforms Chairperson:
To organize uniforms and to see that they are labeled, mended, and cleaned
Oral History Collection Chairperson:
To interview adults, gathering their personal history.
Badge Chairperson:
To organize badges for display and the history collection.
Insignia Chairperson:
To organize Girl Scout insignia for display and the history collection.
Memorabilia Chairperson:
To organize Girl Scout memorabilia for display and the history collection.
Periodicals Chairperson:
To organize Girl Scout Periodicals for display and history collection.
Books Chairperson:
To organize Girl Scout books for display and history collection.
Personal Collections Chairperson:
To organize personal donations into a collection.
AV Chairperson:
To organize audio visual collection.
Museum Chairperson:
To organize the displays in the museum.
Trunks Chairperson:
To organize and maintain the history trunks .
Commitment
To attend committee meetings (once or twice a year)
Is (or is willing to become) a member of Girl Scouts of the U.S.A.
Time commitment is flexible.
