Volunteer Essentials is comprised of edits from our council Leader Resource Book and Money Matters, and GSUSA publication Safety-Wise brought into one publication that holds all the answers to your leadership questions. Inside the Safety Activity Checkpoints publication, you will find detailed information about providing safe program opportunities for girls in aquatics, land sports, the internet; just as you formerly did in Safety-Wise. This new publication contains updated and new content regarding a variety of activities. Both documents are available on hard copy and also on the council Web site.

We encourage you to take the time to review each of theses documents and use them to their full extent to be appraised of all current GSUSA and council expected, so be sure to check the council Web site regularly and ass that new information to your copy.
