Calling horse crazy girls!

Girls in grades 6-12 are invited to join us on this new equine adventure.
Come together monthly to learn about different horse topics, meet with horse professionals, go on field trips, and learn about horses. No riding or horse experience necessary.

Our regularly scheduled Equine Enthusiasts meetings will take place the third Saturday of the month. Keep an eye out as the locations will change, and other opportunities may pop up with less notice.

Equine Enthusiasts Meeting Schedule for 2013

Saturday, January 19th-4:30-6:30 PM-Program Center, 6601 Elvas Avenue, Sacramento
Saturday, February 16th-4:30-6:30 PM- Program Center, 6601 Elvas Avenue, Sacramento

We will not meet for a regular meeting in March, please sign up for the March Overnight
Saturday, April 20th-4:30-7:30 PM-Memorial Arena, Ione (This will be a special meeting and will include a demonstration and talk with our GSHCC riding staff and an optional horseback riding session.  Those wishing to ride need to sign up for the Equine Enthusiasts ride listed below, those who DO NOT want to ride can just show up at the meeting and do not need to register.)
Saturday, May 18th-4:30-6:30 PM- Program Center, 6601 Elvas Avenue, Sacramento (this will be our last regular meeting before the summer)

(Fee covers Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast and building rental fees)
Work on completing the Animal Helpers badge and have fun with your fellow Equine Enthusiasts at this special overnight program.
