Girl Scouts The main council office, located in Rancho Cordova, is the headquarters for executive management, membership, outreach, adult development, marketing and communications, sales, program, properties, business services, finance, fund development, and human resources staff members serving all of the council's jurisdiction.

Girl Scout Shop

Girl Scouts The Girl Scout Shop is located in Rancho Cordova with an additional location in Modesto. As an authorized agency of GSUSA, we offer a complete line of program supplies and official insignia. The Girl Scout Shop carries everything in the Girl Scout National Equipment Catalog, as well as, special items just for members in our council. Visit the Girl Scout Shop online today!
Every sale made at the Girl Scout Shop benefits girls right here in our council. Girl Scouts Heart of Central California uses these proceeds to provide Girl Scout events and training, outreach, volunteer training and development, and management of Fleming Lodge, Camp Menzies and other council properties.

Historical Museum

Girl Scouts Heart of Central California is fortunate to have a dedicated group of volunteers who support our Historical Museum with tours, memorabilia trunks, uniforms and displays available for girls' education and enjoyment. Located inside the Girl Scout Shop, the Historical Museum offers one-hour, interactive tours encouraging girls to touch, investigate and enjoy the rich heritage of Girl Scouts. Girls, ages 11-17, can also train as a museum docent, gaining skills and opportunities to share this history with others.

Girl Scout Heart of Central California Property Rentals

Girl Scouts Are you having a Girl Scout meeting? Or can’t decide where to take the troop for their next adventure?
Whether you have a large group that would rather sleep indoors with all the comforts of home, or a small troop that wants to camp for a weekend, Girl Scouts Heart of Central California may have meeting space available that suits your needs. Rentals are also available to non-Girl Scout groups. For rental application and fee schedule visit (link).

Camps

Girl Scouts Camp Fleming is our 440 acre site which is available year round. The property has a seasonal creek with hiking trails. Accommodations are available at Fleming Lodge, Fleming Campground and Fleming Treehouse.

Fleming Lodge accommodates 98. The lodge includes a meeting/dining room, complete commercial kitchen, infirmary, open dormitory style sleeping with bunk beds, toilets and showers, outdoor fire circle.
Fleming Campground
is available May thru October. Each site can accommodate up to 20 people; the entire campground can accommodate 240. Fleming Campground fits the needs of both large and small groups. Each campsite has a table, fire circle, bear-proof food locker, faucet, toilets, and showers.
Fleming Treehouse
is available May thru October and accommodates 16. The tree house offers primitive camping with portable toilet, bear-proof food locker and no running water.

Girl Scouts Camp Menzies is our 170 acre site which is available for rent in September and October. Each site can accommodate 24 people; the entire campground can accommodate 150. Each campsite has a table, fire circle, locker, and faucet. The property includes a complete commercial kitchen, swimming and canoe lakes, crafts center, nature center, sleeping cabins and tent platforms, and restrooms with showers. May through September Camp Menzies is our Resident Camp where girls enjoy summer fun!

Cabins

Girl Scout Cabins are located in Davis, Tracy, and Woodland. Accommodates 25 people for day use or sleeps 20. Each has a kitchen, table and chairs, and at least one bathroom.
