Girl Scouts 100th: Celebrating Green Forever
Thank you for your interest in our big 100th anniversary celebration.
Please read this entire page, as it includes important information regarding registration and payment for the event.
The last day to register is April 13.
In order for your registration form to be accepted and processed, you must follow these steps:
1. The registration form must be printed and mailed in with payment.
2. Tickets will not be sold at the door.
3. Forms of payment accepted: check (one check per registration form) and credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover only). Please NO cash.
4. Do not attempt to email the event registration form. If you do, you will not be properly registered.
5. You may fax the form if you are using a credit card as your method of payment. Be sure to fill out all credit card information before faxing.
6. 2011 cookie credits will be accepted as payment for event registration.
7. All youth participants are required to attend with an adult.
8. Orders will be processed as they are received. You will not be able to add numbers to your order once it is received so please ensure your count is correct before mailing in your order.
