Child's Pose

This pose stretches the hips, quads and back.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Butterfly Stretch

This stretch Increases flexibility in the inner thigh muscles.

 

 

 

   
 

Warrior 1

Promotes the feeling of strength and power. Strengthens legs and pelvis muscles.

 

 

   
 

Triangle

This pose builds up strength in the lower back and upper legs.

 

 

   
 

Cobra

This pose decreases stiffness in the lower back and strengthens the arms and shoulders.
