Confirmation
Upon completion of the registration process, you will
see a detailed receipt on your screen. This is your activity
registration confirmation; if you do not automatically receive a
detailed receipt, you have not completed the registration process. For
some events, additional confirmations will be sent via email with more
activity information.
To view events you are registered
for, log in to MyGS and click MyActivities. Clicking the information
icon next to each event will provide you additional information.

Financial Assistance
Financial assistance is available to those with true
financial hardship and is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
Funds are limited, however, every effort is made so that no one is
denied participation.
To request financial assistance,
please register for your desired activities, and click the
"Financial Assistance" box during checkout. You will then
receive an email with a link to the financial assistance request
form.
Only
individuals can request financial assistance, and troops cannot
request financial assistance on behalf of their members.
