Our Mission

The mission of Girl Scouting is to build girls of courage, confidence and character who make the world a better place. 

GSHCC is focused on delivering opportunities for girls to discover their talents, connect with others and take action in their communities. Whether it’s a STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and math) program, outdoor challenge or a way of helping out in her community, we aim to be the place where girls go to grow strong. 

Each year, GSHCC provides tens of thousands of program hours to girls, but they want more! More challenges, more opportunities and more ways to make a difference in the world...or at least their corner of it. 

What we are looking for

If you have a similar focus and a belief that girls can do anything, you’re the kind of community partner we’re looking for. 

We are honored to work with community members who offer opportunities for girls to enhance their Girl Scout Leadership Experience. Priority consideration will be given to those opportunities offered at low (or no) cost to girls and those that support Girl Scout badge and journey achievements. We look forward to learning more about what your program has to offer.
