Daisies, Brownies, and Juniors! Join our Council-Led Troop virtual meetings for a space to celebrate sisterhood and make new friends. These meetings are perfect for Juliettes who are interested in building a Girl Scout community, or for any Girl Scout who would like to make new friends, get updates on upcoming Girl Scout events, and participate in fun activities. We meet on the first Wednesday of each month. By registering for this series, you have access to all of the virtual meeting dates listed below.

Notice: In January, April, and July we will meet in person instead of virtually. You must register separately for those events (details TBA).

Dates and times for Series: All virtual meetings are from 4:00-5:00pm on the dates below.

Badge Connections: Badge connections for each month’s activities will be shared on Rallyhood.

Program Fee Includes: guided webinar session, and a space for Girl Scouts to make new friends. A badge is not included.

Communication:  We use Rallyhood as a secure platform to share updates, reminders, and upcoming events for our Council-led Troop. Once you register for this event, you can find the links to Rallyhood in the information letter in your MyGS account. 

Registration: A minimum of 3 registered participants are required to hold this event. In the event that the minimum is not met, you will be notified before the event date, and a full refund will be processed.

Special Note: Please register each participating girl, even if they are in the same household.

Zoom Login Information: Once you have registered you can get the Zoom Link to the webinar by logging in to your My Account, go to My Events and select the event. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the information letter under Additional Documentation. An e-mail will be sent out one week before the day of the scheduled event with an information letter that will have the zoom link. If you register after this time, you will need to go through your My Account to get the link or reach out to customer care. Adult Supervision: Adult is only required to be present in the house, not necessarily on the webinar.

Program Fee: $0 for girl members, $5 for girl non-members

Not a member?  Join now and save! Become a member before registering for this event to take advantage of our member pricing, plus save on other GSHCC events for the rest of the year! A Girl Scout membership is $25 a year. A membership year runs from October to September.

***Please note: Membership is not required to take part in this event.

To prepare: Install Zoom: It is not necessary to have your own Zoom account, but we DO recommend installing the Zoom Client App. This can be done ahead of time at this link: https://zoom.us/download. We do not recommend choosing “join from browser” as the quality is often lower. Make sure your internet is strong: For best quality, turn off other devices that are using your internet connection. The closer you are to your modem, the stronger the connection will be. Set up your space: Have all the supplies ready to go and near where you will be viewing the webinar. Join early! Join the class up to 5 minutes before the start time to say hi to the instructor and chat with other participants if you wish. This also allows time to work through any technical difficulties. Enjoy the class! Please be sure to be muted and class will start promptly at the scheduled time.

Cancellations

  • If the activity requires a deposit, deposits are non-refundable.
  • You may swap participants up until the day of the activity.
  • Refunds will not be given for in person activities or training fees of $5 and less.
  • All other activities will be processed as follows:
  • 21 calendar days before the activity – 100%
  • 12-20 calendar days before the activity – 50%
  • 11 or fewer calendar days before the activity – No refunds

Once in a while, GSHCC may have to cancel an event. In the event that Girl Scouts Heart of Central California finds it necessary to cancel an activity or training, all troops/groups or individuals having submitted registrations and payments will receive a full refund.

Note: In the event of extenuating circumstances such as illnesses, deaths in the immediate family and other catastrophic events, GSHCC will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.

All refund requests should be submitted in writing to customer care.
