Color Guard trained Cadette, Seniors and Ambassadors, GSHCC is calling for a Color Guard for the opening ceremony at The GSHCC Highest Award Ceremony. This Council-wide event is a time when we honor our Silver, Rose and Gold Award Girl Scouts. Color Guard for this event should not be receiving one of these awards this year. Color Guard will assemble at 9:15am for preparation and will practice until 9:50am. The Silver Award ceremony will begin at 10:00am with the posting of the colors. At 11:10 the Color Guard will assemble again to post the colors for the GOld Ceremony at 11:20. Between ceremonies, you are welcome to look around the Redwood Room at the Awards displays. Council staff will take care of retrieving the colors and taking them back to the Council office.
Pre-Requisite: Have attended a GSHCC Color Guard training
Program Fee: $0 for girl members
Program Fee Includes: In-person Color Guard opportunity.

Media Release Disclaimer: There may be photos or

Information Letter: Once you have registered
you can find the information letter by logging in to your My Account,
go to My Events and select the event. Scroll to the bottom of the page
to find the information letter under Additional Documentation. An
e-mail will be sent out 1 week before the scheduled event with the
information letter for the event. If you register after this time, you
will need to go through your My Account to get the information letter
or reach out to customer care.

Cancellations
Once in a while, GSHCC may have to cancel an event. If Girl Scouts
Heart of Central California finds it necessary to cancel an activity
or training, all troops/groups or individuals having submitted
registrations and payments will receive a full refund.
Note: In the event of extenuating circumstances such
as illnesses, deaths in the immediate family, and other catastrophic
events, GSHCC will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.
All
refund requests should be submitted in writing to Customer Care.
