Explore beautiful Camp Fleming, network with other Girl Scout adults and get inspired. This years theme needs a short explanation. We started by thinking of beaches and pirates, then treasure to gems. Those gems can be found in many different ways. We still have beach and a little pirate, but the gems come from some precious returning workshops, how leaders mine the characters of their troops and the wonder of nature and the outdoors. The Hidden Gems in all of this is Girl Scouts. Try Girl Scout traditions, crafts, games, songs, ceremonies and more. Enjoy down time to finish projects, meet with others and learn what is new with Girl Scouting and GSHCC. Pick up tips and tricks from Girl Scout staff and volunteers while enjoying our fun and flexible weekend.
A variety of different options are available to fit different schedules. Sign up early to ensure the best selection of workshops.
Options and Fees:
- Option A: Friday 12:30 p.m. (no lunch) - Sunday 1:30 p.m. November 3-5 $70
- Option B: Friday 12:30 p.m. (no lunch) - Saturday 8 p.m. November 3-4 $65
- Option C: Friday evening (w/o dinner) - Sunday 1:30 p.m. November 3-5 $60
- Option D: Saturday 9 a.m. (w/o breakfast) - Saturday 8 p.m. November 4 $40
- Option E: Saturday 9 a.m. (w/o breakfast) - Sunday 1:30 p.m. November 4-5 $50
Program Fee Includes : lodging, meals, and workshop materials. Certain workshops have additional fees. Payment of additional fees must be made upon arrival at the event.
REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE WHEN CAPACITY IS REACHED OR ON OCTOBER 27, 2023, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST.

- Once registered there will be a document available under your My Events tab with details on selecting your workshop.
- Final confirmations will be emailed after October 24, 2023.
- If you have a special health requirement for a lower bunk or other bed requirement or special dietary needs, please indicate this in the special notes section of your workshop selection form.

Information Letter: Once you have registered you can find the information letter by logging in to your My Account, go to My Events and select the event. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the information letter under Additional Documentation. An email will be sent out 1 week before the scheduled event with the information letter for the event. If you register after this time, you will need to go through your My Account to get the information letter or reach out to customer care.

Troop Treasure: After registering, please follow the instructions on this form to pay with Troop Treasure.
Financial Aid: Financial assistance is available to girls/adults that have current memberships with Girl Scouts Heart of Central California. Payee must submit the Financial Aid Request form after registering to finalize your request. You may still be responsible for a portion of the fees.
Cancellations:
- If the activity requires a deposit, deposits are non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be given for in person activities or training fees of $5 and less.
- All other activities will be processed as follows:
- 21 calendar days before the activity 100%
- 12-20 calendar days before the activity 50%
- 11 or fewer calendar days before the activity No refunds
Once in a while, GSHCC may have to cancel an event. In the event that Girl Scouts Heart of Central California finds it necessary to cancel an activity or training, all troops/groups or individuals having submitted registrations and payments will receive a full refund.
Note: In the event of extenuating circumstances such as illnesses, deaths in the immediate family and other catastrophic events, GSHCC will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.
All refund requests should be submitted in writing to customer care .
