Our monthly L.E.A.D. (Leader Enrichment and Discussion) sessions are for troop leaders, volunteers, parents and caregivers to find out more about Girl Scouts, ask questions and network with each other. The Troop Renewal Pathways are designed to engage girls in activities that demonstrate positive outcomes and provide them with rewarding experiences. When girls are included in renewal planning they are setting goals, choosing activities, exploring new skills and challenges, continually growing, making new friends along the way and having fun. In this session, well explore the pathways and brainstorm ideas and activities to help plan amazing experiences that earn rewards for the troop while having lots of fun.
