Adults. This information session with slides is an opportunity for Camp Menzies volunteers to find out more about our camp, the camp experience, and how they will be positively impacting the lives of Girl Scouts through volunteering for a camp session. It is an opportunity to ask questions and receive pertinent information regarding the volunteer position as well as session-specific details.

- Come with any questions you might have, and notetaking materials (paper and pen).
Adult Supervision: This is an informational session for volunteers who are 18+, adult supervision is not required.

To prepare: Install Zoom:
It is not necessary to have your own Zoom account, but we DO recommend
installing the Zoom Client App. This can be done ahead of time at this
link: https://zoom.us/download. We do not recommend choosing join from
browser as the quality is often lower. Make sure your internet is
strong: For best quality, turn off other devices that are using your
internet connection. The closer you are to your modem, the stronger
the connection will be. Set up your space: Have all the supplies ready
to go and near where you will be viewing the webinar. Join early! Join
the class up to 5 minutes before the start time to say hi to the
instructor and chat with other participants if you wish. This also
allows time to work through any technical difficulties. Enjoy the

scheduled time.
