Juniors, Cadettes and Seniors, join VicTreeFis Moneyville Team for our Moneyville Summer Camp for Girl Scouts! During this five-day camp, we will meet daily on Zoom. Each day, Girl Scouts will earn a new badge! On the final day, Girl Scouts will create their own patch to commemorate their time at Moneyville Summer Camp!

Dates and Times for the series:
Monday 7/17: Acting Famous Girl Scouts will put their acting and creative skills to work to become a historical figure. Before the workshop, Girl Scouts will be asked to research a famous person who made an impact in the past. During the workshop, Girl Scouts will be challenged to race to create a costume to represent that famous person. Girl Scouts will also practice writing and acting like the figure. The workshop will be held over Zoom and is open to Junior Girl Scouts. By completing this workshop, Junior Girl Scouts will earn the Playing the Past badge, Cadette Girl Scouts will earn the Screenwriter badge, and Senior Girl Scouts will earn the Troupe Performer badge.
Tuesday 7/18: Coding 4-1-1 Girl Scouts will learn about coding from VicTreeFis lead developer. Girl Scouts will discover what makes computer code so interesting and will learn to write simple code during this meeting. By completing this workshop, Girl Scouts from all three levels will earn their respective Coding for Good badges.
Wednesday 7/19: Create a Comic Book Girl Scouts will learn how to bring comics to life using computer programs. During this workshop, Girl Scouts will develop their own comic strips and learn how to animate them! Each Girl Scout will share their unique creations at the end of the meeting. By completing this workshop, Junior Girl Scouts will earn the Entertainment Technology badge, Cadette Girl Scouts will earn the Comic Artist badge, and Senior Girl Scouts will earn the Novelist badge.
Thursday 7/20: Oyster Art Girl Scouts will create art out of oyster shells from the Bull River in Savannah, GA! VicTreeFi is located in Savannah, GA - part of the Coastal Empire. In the Coastal Empire and Low Country, oysters are often eaten at social gatherings. Locals are known to save oyster shells for decorative purposes. We wanted to bring this practice of creativity to Girl Scouts outside of Savannah! The oyster shells we decorate for this workshop are typically harvested from local oyster beds in the Bull River harvest area, just off Savannahs coast. Junior Girl Scouts will earn the Outdoor Art Explorer badge, Cadette Girl Scouts will earn the Outdoor Art Apprentice badge, and Senior Girl Scouts will earn the Outdoor Art Expert badge.
Friday 7/21: Create Your Own Patch During the final meeting, Girl Scouts will create their own patches to commemorate their time at Moneyville Summer Camp. Patches will be mailed individually to each Girl Scout. Girl Scouts will use professional design tools to create patches! Girl Scouts will learn basic design skills to complete patches.

Program Fee: $150 for girl members
Program Fee Includes: Guided webinar session, and a space for Girl Scouts to make new friends. A badge is not included. The badge can be purchased separately from the Girl Scout Shop.
Special Note: Please register each participating girl, even if they are in the same household.
Adult Supervision: Adult is only required to be present in the house, not necessarily on the webinar.
