Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors! Winterfest is back again! Older girl troops have the opportunity to host a vendor booth in the Rocklin Area! Individual Girl Scouts or troops can design and create their own products to sell to the public as a money earning activity for the troop.

Notice: This is a Third Party run event hosted by Placer Gold Service Unit. When you click 'Register Now' you will be directed to the Booth Vendor Activity Form to complete registration. Financial Aid and Troop Treasure is not available for this event.

Program facilitated by: Placer Gold Service Unit

Program Fee: $25 per booth vendor for one table, additional $10 for an extra table.

Program Fee Includes: Venue space, 1 table for each vendor, 4 patches. Additional tables may become available on a first come, first serve basis and are not guaranteed.

Supplies Needed:

  • Handmade products
  • Dcor for booth
  • Chairs - optional (Please note the venue does not supply chairs)

Event Disclaimer: You must complete the Booth Vendor Activity Form in order to hold a booth at the event. Girls hosting the vendor booth are required to participate in the 2023 Fall Product Program and/or participate in the upcoming 2024 Cookie Program in order to be participate in a money earning activity.

General Location: Rocklin, CA

Note: This event takes place in an indoor setting.

Adult Supervision:  Adult supervision is required at this events. Please include adult name in Booth Vendor Activity Form.

Registration: A minimum of 10 registered booths are required to hold this event. In the event that the minimum is not met, you will be notified before the event date, and a full refund will be processed.

Media Release Disclaimer: There may be photos or video taken during this event. By registering for this event, you give permission for GSHCC and GSHCC program partners to use photos/videos of your girl to promote Girl Scouts. If you would like to opt out of photographs/videos, please notify the volunteers at event check-in.
