Greetings Service Unit Representatives, Board Members, National Council Delegates, alternates, and other Girl Scout members. You are invited to the Girl Scouts Heart of Central California Annual Meeting.

The Annual Meeting is a crucial component of council governance and a required event for anyone holding a Service Unit Representative role. At this event, we will conduct the official business of the council, learn more about this past summers National Council Session, hear from girls, recognize long-standing members, and have opportunities to network with other volunteers and council staff.

Doors will open at 10 a.m., and the program will begin at 11 a.m. We've arranged a delightful spread of brunch-style refreshments, including juice, tea, and coffee, thoughtfully tailored to your registration preferences.

Join us in recognizing and celebrating the commitment of our long-standing members who have devoted 20+ years of their lives to our shared mission, with recognition in 5-year increments. If you are celebrating a membership anniversary with us this year follow this link and complete a quick survey so we can ensure our records are accurate. The celebration of service anniversaries and Board Approved Recognition has moved to The Big Volunteer Conference taking place in August of 2024.

While we extend an open invitation to all members of the GSHCC community, we emphasize that the voting privilege is reserved exclusively for members of the Representative Assembly.

Registered guests will receive additional information 3 weeks from the event.
