Council Patches
Girl Scouts from any council are welcome and encouraged to participate in GSHCC’s council patch programs. Browse council patch programs below.

This patch will inspire girls to become awesome women leaders.
Dolores Huerta, co-founder of the United Farm Workers, has dedicated her life to making the world a better place, especially for farmworkers, immigrants, and women. She is well known throughout the nation for her community organizing efforts and the slogan, ¡Sí Se Puede! (Yes, it can be done!).
And she was a Girl Scout for ten years! In 2007, Dolores said, “Now that I look back at everything I’ve done in my life, I can say it started when I was a shy 8-year in Stockton (CA) and I became a Girl Scout.”

Family Factor Patch
There are many ways adults can contribute to the success of a Girl Scout troop. An adult can be a Girl Scout troop leader, Girl Scout troop cookie manager, help at an event or share a hobby or skill. Each person’s contribution will help to build girls of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place.
Get involved with your Girl Scout, support her Girl Scout troop and she can earn the Family Factor Patch.
