Mega Drop 2021

Girl Scouts Heart of Central California is hosting our annual Girl Scout Cookie Mega Drop. This page may be updated with more information as we get closer to the event.

Troops must attend their regional Cookie Drop and cannot attend the other date/location. Some service units host a service unit Mini Drop. Please check with your service unit cookie manager for specific information about your Cookie Drop location.

There will be no pre-designated service unit timeslots. Troops will select their own appointment time at the time they enter thier Initial Order. Troops must provide a designated "loader" for Mega Drop events. Girl Scouts attending as loaders must be Cadettes, Seniors or Ambassadors.

Print out a windshield flier and write your troop information, preferably in black marker, to help us social distance.

Mega Drop events are rain or shine! In the event of rain, please prepare for delays.

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS:

All necessary steps will be taken to ensure the safety of everyone involved. Masks will be required at all times for all individuals on site. Social distancing will be enforced. Additionally, we will be providing hand sanitizer, disposable masks, social distance markers, and wiping down high touch surfaces frequently throughout the day. The number of individuals at this event will be limited as compared to past years.
