Annual Meeting

Join us virtually on 10-11 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 5, for the Girl Scouts Heart of Central California Annual Meeting! This event is an opportunity to look back at the 2020-21 membership year through annual financial information, highlights from the GSHCC Board of Directors, adult volunteer recognitions, and celebrate our council's accomplishments. We will also look toward the future together as we envision what's next for our council. One of the responsibilities of the members of the Representative Assembly is to attend the GSHCC Annual Meeting. Representatives will participate in the election of Board Members and NCS Delegates/Alternates.

Open to: Members of Girl Scouts Heart of Central California, however, only members of the Representative Assembly may vote.

Cost: Free

Registration is required. Register on our Activities page.

Login Information: Only those who register will receive instructions beforehand on how to join this virtual meeting.

The Board of Directors, led by its Chair with input from the Representative Assembly, uses its authority to ensure organizational stability and fulfillment of the Girl Scouts Mission by providing leadership, strategic direction, policy-making, and fiduciary oversight for the council.
