Join Girl Scouts for a day of fun as we kick off our new member year! We are looking for older girls to run booths and lead activities at this year's expo! Whether you sign up as an individual PA or attend and host a booth as a troop, you will be contributing to fun and exciting experiences for your sister Girl Scouts and get credit towards some great leadership awards. Whether you have been PA trained, completed a CIT program, are working on your VIT award, making progress towards your Rose Award or want to earn your Service to Girl Scouting Award, your participation as an event volunteer can help you get there. Our team can work with you to help you design your own activity or you can step in and lead something we provide for you.

Dates and times for Event: October 11, 2025, 11am-2pm. A full shift is 4 hours from 10:30am to 2:30pm with half shifts available starting at 10:30am and 12:30pm.
Program facilitated by: GSHCC staff, Program Partners
and Volunteers.
Program Fee: Support and
training from our staff in leading an activity, access to discounted
tickets in exchange for half shift of volunteering, a custom event
patch and possible swag items!
Supplies Needed:
- Close toed shoes (recommended)
- Refillable water bottle
- Hat for outside
General Location: McClellan Park, CA
Note: This event takes place in an outdoor and Indoor
setting. Outdoors may be warm and shade is limited. Please dress
accordingly and bring water. Lunch will not be provided, but food will
be available for purchase on site.
Adult Supervision:
Adult supervision is required. Adults must register for this
event.
