From camping to retreats to ceremonies and more, our properties are a great way to connect with each other and explore all that Girl Scouting offers. Facility reservations for August and September 2025 are to be completed through the DoubleKnot platform. Reservations for the new Girl Scout year starting in October are to be made through the RecDesk platform.
Reservation System Transition – Important Dates
- For events taking place now through September 29, 2025:
Use Doubleknot to make your reservation. - For events taking place on or after October 1, 2025:
Use RecDesk to make your reservation. - All property reservations for dates October 1, 2025 and beyond will become available for booking starting August 4, 2025 in RecDesk.
- Prior to August 4, 2025, create a RecDesk profile.
