After-School Club Participation in the Girl Scout Cookie Program
Your Girl Scout is in an After-School Club, which means together, you can choose how she will take part in our iconic Girl Scout Cookie Program. If this is your first experience with the Girl Scout Cookie Program, don’t worry—the Girl Scouts After-School Clubs team is here to support you and your Girl Scout every step of the way. Note: Participation is 100% optional.
About the Girl Scout Cookie Program
We offer the largest girl-led entrepreneurial program in the world, and cookie season is your Girl Scout’s chance to run her own business in a way that fits your family’s schedule. During the cookie season, she can have a great time while building five essential entrepreneurial skills:
- Goal Setting (creating a plan)
- Decision Making (making choices as a leader)
- Money Management (handling funds and budgeting)
- People Skills (confidence and customer interaction)
- Business Ethics (doing the right thing in business and life)
How Girl Scouts Use What They Earn
For every package of cookies sold, the club earns $1.00. Girls work together to decide how to use the proceeds, often voting on a fun, themed end-of-year celebration—helping them see how goal setting and the 5 Skills lead to a real reward.

Choose Her Cookie Path
Your Girl Scout can participate in one, two, or all three ways, choosing what works best for your family, while gaining confidence, leadership, and entrepreneurship skills.
Path 1: Sell Online (Cookies Ship to Customers)
Fast, simple, and perfect for out-of-town supporters. Access the Digital Cookie Store for your girl’s club. Use the Cookie Lineup + Allergen Info for any customer questions.
Path 2: Collect Pre-Orders
Use the QR code for your girl’s Digital Cookie Store, along with the Cookie Order Card if you plan to deliver orders to customers. Pre-orders can be taken in one or both of the following ways:
Local customers who are NOT able to pick up from the in-person cookie booth can reserve cookies and have them hand-delivered by your Girl Scout by ordering and paying you directly via your favorite digital app or in cash.
- Local customers who ARE available to pick up from the in-person cookie booth can order and pay for the cookies via your girl’s Digital Cookie Store.
Path 3: Sell at an After-School Booth
A one-day school cookie booth, managed by our Girl Scout After-School Programming team, makes participation easy for families. Invite friends and family to stop by and support your Girl Scout by purchasing cookies. View the booth details by location.
