Explore beautiful Camp Fleming, network with other Girl Scout adults and get inspired. This year's theme is Believe in Magic. This can be interpreted in many ways: magical powers, the magic of science, nature, or the magical look on a child's face as they learn something new. Enjoy down time for finishing projects, meet with others and learn what is new with Girl Scouting and GSHCC. Pick up tips and tricks from Girl Scout staff and experienced volunteers while enjoying this fun and flexible weekend.
A variety of different options are available to fit different schedules. Sign up early to ensure the best selection of workshops.
Options and Fees:
- Option A: Friday, November 7,12:30 p.m. (no lunch) - Sunday, Nov. 9, 1:30 p.m. $85
- Option B: Friday, November 7, 12:30 p.m. (no lunch) - Saturday, Nov. 8, 8 p.m. $80
- Option C: Friday, November 7, evening (w/o dinner) - Sunday, Nov. 9, 1:30 p.m. $70
- Option D: Saturday, November 8, 9 a.m. (w/o breakfast) - Saturday, Nov. 8, 8 p.m. $55
- Option E: Saturday, November 8, 9 a.m. - Sunday, Nov. 9, 1:30 p.m. $65
Program Fee Includes : lodging, meals, and workshop materials. Certain workshops have additional fees.

- Cancellations are subject to the GSHCC Event Cancellation policy. See full cancellation policy below.
- Once you have registered there will be a document available called 'WOW link to information and Forms_2025' in your MYGS account. You can locate this document by logging in to your My Account, go to My Events and select the event. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the document under Additional Documentation.This document will have the link for selecting your workshops.
- Final confirmations will be emailed after October 31, 2025.
- If you have a special health requirement for a lower bunk or other bed requirement or special dietary needs, please indicate this in the special notes section of your workshop selection form.

Media Release Disclaimer: There may be photos or video taken during this event. By registering for this event, you give permission for GSHCC and GSHCC program partners to use photos/videos of your girl to promote Girl Scouts. Troop Treasure: After registering, please follow the instructions on this form to pay with Troop Treasure.
Financial Aid: Financial assistance is available to girls/adults that have current memberships with Girl Scouts Heart of Central California. Payee must submit the Financial Aid Request form after registering to finalize your request. Requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks before the event date. You may still be responsible for a portion of the fees.
Cancellation Policy:
- If the activity requires a deposit, deposits are non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be given for in person activities or training fees of $5 and less.
- All other activities will be processed as follows:
- 21 calendar days before the activity - 100%
- 12-20 calendar days before the activity - 50%
- 11 or fewer calendar days before the activity - No refunds
Once in a while, GSHCC may have to cancel an event. In the event that Girl Scouts Heart of Central California finds it necessary to cancel an activity or training, all troops/groups or individuals having submitted registrations and payments will receive a full refund.
Note: In the event of extenuating circumstances such as illnesses, deaths in the immediate family and other catastrophic events, GSHCC will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.
All refund requests should be submitted in writing to customer care .
