Attention all OAC Participants! Pre-order your firewood for your ultimate camping weekend! Our OAC venue requires that firewood be purchased on-site only. Pre-order your wood now, or purchase it at the local store during the event.

Only adult troop members registered for the 2026 Outdoor Adventure Campout (OAC): Apr. 18 - Apr. 19 can pre-order firewood. Pre-ordered wood can be picked up at the info table between the hours of 4pm-7pm on April 17 or 8:00am - 6:00pm on April 18, 2026.

Important Note: If you do not pre-order wood, you cannot purchase it from the GSHCC info table, you will need to purchase it from campsite store at the event.

Important Information Below: 

  • Firewood bundles are $15 each and must be purchased through the Lake Camanche Recreation Company Shop.
  • Bringing your own firewood is prohibited.
  • Troops have the option of purchasing their firewood the day of the event or in advance. Purchasing firewood in advance is recommended to avoid wait times.
  • If you plan to buy your firewood in advance, please purchase a ticket by March 28, 2026. You will receive your ticket in your Outdoor Adventure Campout packet on the event day, and you will turn in your ticket to the firewood table and obtain your firewood. You may buy multiple firewood bundles.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If the activity requires a deposit, deposits are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will not be given for in person activities or training fees of $5 and less.
  • All other activities will be processed as follows:
  • 21 calendar days before the activity - 100%
  • 12-20 calendar days before the activity - 50%
  • 11 or fewer calendar days before the activity - No refunds

Once in a while, GSHCC may have to cancel an event. In the event that Girl Scouts Heart of Central California finds it necessary to cancel an activity or training, all troops/groups or individuals having submitted registrations and payments will receive a full refund.

Note:In the event of extenuating circumstances such as illnesses, deaths in the immediate family and other catastrophic events, GSHCC will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.

All refund requests should be submitted in writing to customer care .
