requesting payment for registration with Financial
Aid or Troop

- The event is divided
into seven trails, each having a key outdoor theme and activities
that support that theme. A troop must decide as a whole which trail
they would like to participate in, and all troop members should
register for that specific trail. Multi-level troops
are encouraged to register. If their ages are separated, please have
at least one adult registered with each trail.
- Each troop
must be accompanied by an adult who is First Aid/CPR certified,
background checked, and an additional Camp Certified Adult.
- Optional Friday Night Arrival is available. Seperate
registration is required and the fee is $12 per person.

required for each optional opportunity listed below.
Registration Dates: Registration will open
on February 10,2026 and close March 28,2026, or when full.
- Please note we cannot accomodate late registration due to
availibility and scheduling each trail.
Badge Connection: This event offers many activities
that can count toward several outdoor badges. Have your troop decide
which outdoor badges they want to work on during the event. In the
spirit of being girl-led, girls should be choosing the badges they
want to earn and tracking what activities they participate in so they
can apply them to the badge work.
