This will include Service Unit Events, Fundraising Events, or Events connected to Take Action Projects, VIT pin, or other Highest Awards including the Girl Scouts' Silver, Rose, or Gold Awards. Topics will include Risk Management and Event Planning Details- such as timeline, budget, marketing, Girl Scout Policies & Procedures, etc. This is a virtual event with a hands-on workbook to be printed before class start time. This class is content-heavy and is fast-paced.
Badge Connections: During this program adult volunteers will receive the training required to be able to plan and facilitate events for their Service Units and the ability to guide their troops through the event planning process. Girls who complete this training will earn the prerequisite for putting on an event as needed for Highest Award project events, Rose Award events and the events required for the VIT Pin.

The closer you are to your modem, the stronger the connection will be. Print out the Handbook and Activity book Set up your space: Have all the supplies ready to go and near where you will be viewing the webinar. Join early! Join the class up to 15 minutes before the start time to say hi to the instructor and chat with other participants if you wish. This also allows time to work through any technical difficulties.
