Calling all volunteers! You are invited to Girl Scout Heart of Central California's 9th annual BIG Volunteer Conference. GSHCC staff, community partners, and experienced volunteers are coming together to offer a variety of workshops for you to choose from including a special track for our youth service unit representatives.

In addition to workshops, there will be opportunities to socialize with other volunteers, gather information and resources at the expo hall, eat a delicious lunch, and honor volunteer recognition awardees. Come for a day of knowledge sharing, community building and celebration.

Every Girl Scout volunteer helps create a place where girls feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow. Through every meeting, badge, outdoor adventure, and conversation, you help girls build confidence, discover their strengths, and develop the skills they need to thrive. That's why the GSHCC Volunteer Conference is dedicated to investing in you.

Join Girl Scouts Heart of Central California for a full day of inspiration, learning, and connection as you prepare for another incredible Girl Scout year.

Throughout the day, you'll:

  • Choose from a variety of workshops led by GSHCC staff, experienced volunteers, and community partners.
  • Discover new ideas, practical resources, and strategies you can bring back to your troop.
  • Connect with volunteers from across our council and share experiences.
  • Visit the expo hall to explore council resources and community partners and enjoy lunch with fellow volunteers.

Inspired by the findings of the California State of the Girl Report, this year's conference focuses on strengthening the trusted adults who help girls thrive. Together, we'll explore ways to continue creating safe spaces, meaningful relationships, and leadership opportunities that empower every Girl Scout.

Whether you're a new volunteer or have years of experience, you'll leave feeling inspired, supported, and equipped with fresh ideas for the year ahead as you continue making a lasting difference in girls' lives.
